• Merchant / Shop Owner Data: Full name, store name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp contact, city, and GPS store pickup coordinates.
• Renter Identification Data: Full name, phone number, secondary contact number, email, and government-issued ID proofs (Aadhaar / Driving License) collected during handover verification.
• Equipment Handover Verification Photos: Live photographic evidence of equipment serial numbers, physical condition, and customer handover receipts.
• Technical Telemetry: Anonymized browser information, IP address, and cookie identifiers for authentication.

All media uploads (product photos, handover evidence, KYC documents) are compressed on the client device into high-efficiency WebP formats (<300 KB) before being transmitted over encrypted TLS 1.3 channels to secure cloud object storage (Supabase / AWS S3).

Sensitive documents are stored with Row-Level Security (RLS) isolation policies, preventing unauthorized cross-tenant access.
